Over the years of teaching and storytelling to students, I was told I had to write down my life antics and anecdotes—they were just too amazing. Who goes away on a vacation to Europe and stays for 7 years? Who is in the middle of the ocean in New Zealand drowning and is saved by a dolphin? How many people would have a terminal illness and be led to take directions from the spirit world? Would you marry someone you only met two days but spent many “lifetimes” with? Talk about a habit!
If you’re in a quandary with making a decision about something so simple, you are suffering as I was for many years – terminal rightness. How do I know the decision I am making or need to make is right? By the time you fret over it to figure it out, the opportunity has passed. You think, whew, I was lucky I didn’t have to make that decision.n. Is it worth spending X$? Should I do it now? Who is this author, anyway? What makes her think I need to change? I hope this isn’t another how to fix me book to add to my dusty shelf. These and probably many other thoughts are setting you up right now to move you out of balance. We have all been there. After having lived NINE LIVES, I can honestly tell you there is no right answer, so don’t look for them here. I am not going to spout great guruismsthat will change your life. In fact, you may even be more confused as you read this book—but you’ll probably be more willing to let go of the confused state and trade it for clarity. In this book, my job will be to share what I was given, shown, and taught. Your job is to make a decision if it works for you. How I arrived at the information – from books literally dropping on me, “spirits” directing from the sidelines, and lizards showing me that it’s easy to let go by just shedding your tail – is what makes this journey mine.At the end of the book you will be able to answer the four life questions: Who am I? What do I want? How do I get it? How do I keep it? Does finding a system that lets you make decisions aligning with your truth work for you? If finding those answers and putting yourself into a “Feel Good” state is worth it, then this is the book for you.

An artist, publisher, corporate executive, event designer, actress, teacher, and healer, Kat Cunningham has worn a lot of different hats and lived in a lot of different places. When she went looking for answers about balance and change, she found that Nature was the perfect sample to study. She started to wonder how Nature negotiated each growth phase—and Nature taught her that the answer was first Letting Go, then discovering and Accepting the outcome… it’s the law.
She created a system to catalog her NINE LIVES and found that her passion was what drove the Feel Good choices. Each passion had a tangible quality that surfaced during the decision process. Using these Passion Qualities (PQ’s) as a road map through each growth phase, she experienced a new level of comfort making decisions. She now had a tried and proven system built on her own essence to test each life choice and could experience the Feel Good life we all seek and deserve.
